SPATIAL PROTEOMICS USING THE CODEX TECHNOLOGY
The CODEX technology (Co-Detection by Indexing), is based on the principle of cyclic detection of DNA-indexed antibody panels and allows simultaneous analysis of up to 32 proteins. The HDCA project aims to make use of the CODEX technology and the proteome-wide collection of Human Protein Atlas (HPA) antibodies to generate high-parametric maps of developmental tissue and novel validated antibody-panels.
