ANALYZING INDIVIDUAL CELLS
Single-cell analysis and single-cell RNA-sequencing technologies are rapidly advancing and have proven to give new insights into cell type discovery and in the characterization of heterogeneity in tumors as well as in normal tissue.
For the HDCA project, we will apply single-cell technologies to study the cellular diversity of homogeneous cell populations found in human developing organs and tissues. Single-cell analysis will also contribute to the unbiased discovery of cell types within complex developmental tissue structures.
