What technologies will be used to complete the HDCA project?
The HDCA project will be based on four cutting-edge single cell and spatial technologies, all established at SciLifeLab:
– Single-cell RNA sequencing
– Spatial Transcriptomics
– In situ sequencing
– Spatial proteomics using the Codex technology
